voice cutting out

I have the Vm4500 and it seems that all incoming voice is choppy. Internet works fine. People on the other end can hear me just fine. It is not the speaker either, ringers work fine as well. The problem has just started and is only intermittent. Could it be the network? I have at least 3 bars so I have a good signal. As of now it works as advertised. Should I be concerned?

I have a similar problem with the 4500...but on outgoing and almost always with a dialing to an 800 number...every company I have calledusing their 800 number advises me my message is in and out...realty very frustrating...Cruz...any suggestions ?????

I've been having a similar problem; seems like lots of people tell me my conversation is breaking up or they can't hear me. I've been wondering if I should take my VM4500 in to have it tested. If so, what "test" to I ask for to be sure I'm getting the straight answer?
