KX414 Ringtones and Backgrounds

Ok, I got myself a cable and Gagin. Now I just need help with the file formats for ringtones and such that work. I know .kws does, but I was hoping for polyphonic, and so far I've been unsuccessful.
As for Backgrounds and other graphics, I would appreciate information on the formats I can use (I read an older post saying .png) but I don't know where to put them (which directory) so any help would be good.
