does anyone have the same problem the wall charger is not working suddenly, i had to force the charger against the phone then the battery will charge, i went to a shop they say that something in the phone has become losse and they'd fix it for $80 and i think thats crazy...does anyone here know how to fix it on your own? or what exact is losse? thx in advance

The connector on the mobile breaks contact with the PCB if you plug in hard. Happened to mine and had to have a new connector installed. Since then (late last year) I have just learned to be gentle with it and had no problems. Wife's has had no problems either.

I have to say that panasonic does not support their cellular products. i have an x70 with the same problem - deffective wall charging unit (cheap connector) and the worst part is you cannot buy a replacement charging unit - on a $400.00 phone. i can truly say this is not panasonic "customer first" thinking - i should know i am sales director for another division of panasonic and we would never leave our customers hanging like has been done in the mobile phone products division. it is no wonder panasonic has no position in the us market. until they learn customer first like the rest of the company practices - they will continue to fail. i had to buy a samsung

Why in Toronto did you get it fixed?

Posted by: Prelude8850

because that place is the only place that know about these kinds of phone..... other places in US don't really know how to work on these phones

Ooops... I meant to write "where" not "why".

I got mine done at First Markham Mall..... that cell phone place is located at the front middle of the mall........ is a lil shop and is at a corner..... so yea that is where i always get my phone fix at... if u need more info just ask
