On the Nokia's ther is an option to manage the contacts on the phone AND on the SIM card. With the t616 you can only manage contacts on the address book, how do i access the sim card only? thanks!

If it were that easy i would of seen it. thre isnt that option on my phoe at all.. even in the advanced option it lists Copy from sim,copy all to sim call from sim but it doesnt let me manage the contacts from the sim

i want to be able to deleate contacts individually from the sim card

does it make a difference that i have the t610 instead of the t616?

yes my friend, i guess it makes all the difference - why didnt u check the 610 manual?
in order to do it on 610 u have to edit it in your phonebook and then copy it to SIM (one more advantage of 616 after better antenna i suppose

)
u do have other options actually:

- hook it up to your computer and manage it from there
- edit your sim in your nokia (provided u still got it of course)

The T610 and T616 are no different than the bands they function on. They have the same menus and everything.

except they do have one different band , and that "everything" is actually different

and menus differ depending on firmware.

I already mentioned that the bands are different!

By the way, I wasn't talking about FW, just the phones' differences.

Go to Phonebook->Advanced->Call from SIM->OK->Select the contact you want to delete->Press C
