I am a new member to this forum, and have an answer to your question. You need to change the e-mail url. Press Menu..Go to wireless web..go to edit url..enter your lock code then you will see email url. Change this address to http://wlweb.uc.sprintpcs.com/wemail/welcome.do

This should solve your problem and take you right to the e-mail page.

I am not sure if it will work or not.

One way to try is to access your account through the wireless web. Once you are at the login screen press the menu button the option of show url should appear. That is the address you will need to enter into your edit url screen for your e-mail button to direct to.

I will try it on my phone later and try to post the results.
