Volume Controls Don't Work

With the CDM8600, when I call a saved number from the phone book that has "hard pauses" (ie: telephone banking, etc), the volume controls don't work during the call.

Is this normal? When I call a sved number with no "hard pauses", the side volume controls work fine!

Any sugestions?

I noticed this problem on all of my calls, including incoming... volume had worked previously and then just didn't. I went into the menu (menu 6, 1, 3, 3) and changed the volume there. Once I did that, it started working again in normal calls.
