Anyone got the nec 616, got one last week, had nothing but trouble first no signal, now I can dial out but only get one way phone call 
And thats nothing compared to 3 customer services

Yeah... The BBC's Watchdog reported lots of problems with 3's customer service a while back, Mostly because the sales team is in the UK and the Customer support is in India. Next time you call... try asking about the weather! 
Hmm... it's possible that it's improved since then but how am i suppose to know.... I'm in Hong Kong now.
