Please HELP ASAP

I cleared the cache in my slider as instructed in a previous post on these boards and it totally cleared my ips. So I call VM and they give me the ips to put in and then I restart the phone and try getting back into Virgin Xtras. The problem is that it does the Security is not enabled msg and I select yes to get a new security key, but then it says Error DATA SERVER NOT FOUND. This really sucks I don't know what to do any help would be appreciated.
By the way it would also help if I could get the ips on your VM phones too, maybe the lady on the phone told me wrong, I called again and they set up an investigation, so I'm hopin for the best.
