GD75 Save mobile phonebook to SIM phonebook?

Wondering if anyone out there can tell me if I can transfer mobile phonebook numbers to the SIM phonebook in a GD75? I have just aquired a Nokia 7250i and the SIM card I have moved from the GD75 to the Nokia 7250i has no numbers stored on it as the numbers are in the mobile phonebook in the GD75.
I don't want to re-program all the numbers again if I can get away with it.
