Size of mp3 rings for 4500

Is there a limit to how large a ringtone can be on the 4500. Cause i kno that it accepts mp3 ringtones and i hav a few in my possession i jus didnt want the phone to spontaneously combust because i put an extremely large file on it

no limit in my testing... you only have 2.6MB anyway. A five minute 24kbps .mp3 is about 1MB....yes it played just fine for me. Why you'd want to do anything longer than 30-40 seconds is beyond me.
