How do you get your wallpaper to be FULL SCREEN like this on the 6600?

Yeah.. u need to install the themes on the 6600.. i think one of the sticky threads has links to some themes

you can also get themes at aivanet.com along with other stuff
we have a good amount of people that creat themes on that site
