Wallpaper upload problem for TCC Q285

Hi all,

I just got my TCC Q285 and I love it. The screen is big, color is great and reception is excellent. But I got a problem, when I use the program that comes with the phone to upload ringtone to the phone, it works great. However, when I try to upload wallpaper to the phone, the software doesn't allow me to click onto the load file button. This makes me not able to select wallpaper and upload to the phone. Anyone got a solution? Or can anyone tells me what I did wrong?

U need to put that images in your \Program Files\Phonemate\Wall_Paper same as \Caller_ID..
