I haven't found a way to make one default, but you can scroll through it. For example, I press the phone book button, scroll down to the person I want. Then if I want to call the mobile, since home is default, I scroll left till it says M and then hit talk.

That is what I do.

that is what im forced to do which sucks a little bit. oh well
