HELP: Switching US Cellular SLIDER to Verizon

I just bought a US cellular Slider - it was a good deal, I can always sell it if this does not work.

I need to activate it on Verizon... I have never attempted this sort of this, but its a CDMA phone and I know there must be a way, please help. Thanks.

you need to get the unlock code from uscellular or the phone can't be programmed for verizon

I can't seem to find any posts about this... just about unlocking from VM

verizon codes are all zero;s , Us cellular (unless brand new) has a random six digit code assigned to all phones.
After that if you can match all the long programming and download uscc PRL. Then get it past us cellular employees whom will get in big trouble if they hook up another companies phone on uscc's system.
then your good to go.

Every once in a while i see a Signal insurance refurb phone come it that clearly was a verizon phone at one time. its no big deal unless you want to take advantage of the download shops. They are different uscc has easyedge and verizon Getit now.

they have no problem hooking up a phone from another company. The only requirement is that its unlocked and it has to be the same model as one of the phones they sell. But the question is regarding USC to verizon, not the other way around

But there is a code that only us cellular has to unlock the phones. Yes verizon is cool about letting other phones on their system.
I guess i did read that wrong, But unless brand new and the SPC code is zero's he is SOL.
