X70...?

I'm thinking about buying a new cell phone, so i looked at some at www.panasonic.com and motorola.com.
I must admit i fell for the X70 straight away, it looked so little, with big screen and i could go on.
But then i looked at some reports from some one who bought it, and then i got sad

I purchased this phone yesterday from suncom and signed a 2 year contract. I had been waiting weeks for this phone to arrive before I switched my service over to them. Initially I had been very excited about this phone, and was hoping that for all of the reviews of the GU87 model I had seen those problems would be fixed. Well right now as it stands the games on my phone do not work at all. First there should be four as listed in the booklet and on their website. My phone only has two, and neither of them work. When you click on tetris it resets the phone back to the main screen and the sheep herder does nothing. When I went back to the store today the associate who sold me the phone said.. it did that on the phone I was trying out..its so new you know you are taking a chance buying it acceptable for the price. Next they still haven't seemed to fix the low volume issue. I am straining to hear it seems through the phone, and speakerphone definitely isn't better.
Sorry to make this so long, but I am upset. The camera is only ok..it does have a light that you can activate for low light areas. Honestly this light doesn't do much. The screen is vibrant and is a nice size, but it doesn't help the quality of the so-so pictures it takes. The signal does seem to bounce around, but I haven't determined if that is the phone or the service yet..I wouldn't be surprised if it was the phone. OK I wouldn't really recommend buying this phone unless they fix those issues. I know that I am returning my tomorrow.

i think it is. it's a great fone and very atractive and right ther's not much AT ALL that can compete with the x70. btw if u live in uk go to www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk to get one. they have them their on orange, 120 minutes a month for £25, and nothing to pay upfront + free b/tooth headset. great deal
