J2ME = Mobile Java = JAR/JAD files

You need a webserver that will send the right headers for these files for your phone to recognize it.. Try using PCSPix.com - I have uploaded JARs/JADs to that website before and have had no problem downloading them.

Where are you able to find these types of files in order upload them to PCSpix?

Supported formats:

JAR
JAD
QCP
MID
JPG
PNG (methinks)

png does work, downloaded .png a file last night.
