I have the VM slider, for the SID number, i dont know what to use??

I live in Far west texas (el paso). whoch one do i use?? and do i put it in for both SID and NID.

Also, when i did call and try to activate it, it told me that the phone couldnt be programed, to call from a land line, and also i noticed the phone was roaming as well....so can anyone help me??
