Using Gagin to place wallpaper onto the vx4400 is backwards and slow! The latest ver of Bitpim (0.7-test) will automatically create a shared file for the wallpaper, and add midi ringers with a few clicks of the mouse.

Step 1: goto the wallpaper tab under bitpim
step 2: select edit, then add specify the location for your pictures to be added to the phone. The program will even adjust the resolution to 120x98x24bit I prefer to do this myself w/photoshop 7.0
step 3: select data and send to phone. make sure u hit add (this option will appear once u select send data to phone) to create the shared folder in the phones file system.
step 4: under phone menu goto your wallpaper settings, then downloads and select your new images.

Repeat the same process for midi files under the ringer tab. This method is alot easier than playing w/Gagin and trying to figure where to add the download index, and renaming files.
