Mitac Mio 8380 - No service problem

I have a Mitac Mio 8380 on a MJ_4a extended rom. It boots up and when on main screen, it says "No Service" and has no signal. When left on for a few mintues then a new screen open and display a message;

"SIM Failure. Unknown SIM status. Contact your customer service center for assistance (error 262144)"

Then it reboot.

I tried other sim network, but still the same.

Anybody else had this problem and known whats wrong? thanks
