I have a Matrix one but after loading it using WebJal the dang wallpaper doesnt move at all

You can,
But it is only displayed at specific times:
pwrdown_img.gif - Last image seen when shutting off
carrier_img.gif - Motorola image on startup (i think)
text_img.gif - Text Input image on startup
java_img.gif - Java image on startup
All of these can be animated gifs.

Can you have the sim lock and phone lock on your phone when having the animated gifs at the start up of your phone?
