About a week ago my brothers girlfriends nextel got stolen so they went to wirelesstoyz to buy a new nextel phone and the service rep informed them that if they wait about 2 weeks the phones will be going on sales..does anyone know if its just nextels or both nextel or sprints at the same time or wil they rotate like nextel the first week and sprint the next.

Furthermore. I got my phone as a hand me down from my older brother and I felt it was time to get a newer one than the one i currently have which is an LG lx53501D. I did some searching and decide i wanted the sanyo vm4500 and call wirelesstozy and ask them if they have it in they inform me yes they have some phones in they then inform me I can only get the phone for the $179 price if i am a new customer i say well i will be in there later. So me and my brother head up there and we talk to the service rep.

He informs us if i sign another 2yr contract I can get the phone for $350 and then get the $150 mail in rebate and then get the phone for $200. I say fine lets do it he then discovers he has no other 4500 in stock. So i call the other wireless toys and they tell me that for the first two weeks only NEW sprint customers can purchase this phone. I was like thats absurd. Then proceed to call another one quite a distance from my house and the rep tells me no u can do that at any wireless location and he doesnt know why that guy told me that.

so does anyone know if the phone will go on sale soon or why i was told that thanks

WTF? The 4500 has been out for like 5 months!!
