Please help! about VM slider

Hello,
Sorry to post so many times. I tried to erase my earlier posts, but I couldn't. Anyways, I unlocked my VM slider to Verizon and successfully activated. However, now, it's not able to find a network so I think that I must have messed up somehow on the settings. Is anyone willing to go through their service menu and give me all their information, except of course their MIN? And I do mean everything like the country code, tsmin? etc. for both NAM1 and NAM2. This way, I can try to reinput all the correct info and get my phone working. Thanks for all your help and sorry about the multiple posts. (I'm just a desperate newbie.) Thanks again.
