Not DOne Message is Pissing Me OFF on the G51

i can't access my sound folder on the G51 cause of this not done message, anybody have the same problem, it's pissing me off!!! and i need help, on how to fix this darn problem, and some people tell me to keep on trying to access the folder and i will eventually get into it, but eventually it freezes and turns the phone off!! man i am soo mad at this phone..

yeah. i bought this phone on the internet from a store in new york, they said if there is anything wrong with the phone send it back withing two days, i dotn think there is any warranty on this. suck!

i think u need to get ure phone flashed.... i saw someone say that if u d/l something over the file that is giving u problems it may fix it but i don't know if this will work. there are a few threads on this problem already that may be more helpful
