X70 connect to Internet setting

Hi there, I used T39 previously as a modem for my laptop connected to the Internet. I switch to a X70, and I can't get it work. I am using bluetooth connection, use same setting as T39, but the X70 connected to my laptop but not to the Intenet. So, anyone can help.
I use my X70 to dial *99***1#, but the phone show connection failed.
