I am having the same battery problem that is mentioned in the other thread. I thought it was my charger so I bought a new one and alas it still doesn't charge unless I hold the charger in an awkward position. I am in California, USA and cannot find a repair facility so....

if u really cant find newhere to get it fixed, send ur fone back to panasonic, and they will fix it 4 u.

Thats not a bad idea, i could send it back to panasonic. anyone have any info on who/where to contact panasonic for warranty repair? I have misplaced my box for the phone but I didnt get a manual anyway so I dont know where to contact.

and I left them a message c if they will tell me where i can send my phone to fix it ( i have the same problem as u. plus alittle more is that the handset place is already broken hehee)

the panasonic mobile phone website is www.panasonicmobile.com . they have phones numbers and stuff their. and besides even if u do sell it, u wont b able to fetch much money for it becasue it haS that problem, and buyers will ask for money off for that problem, or they will ask for it to b fixed first. if u really wanna sell it, ur betta off fixing it first, then in the add put in that it is in great condition, has had firmware update (even if it hasnt) , etc and u could slap on a bit more money on the price.
