Problems with sync software

OK, before I downloaded the software I had a different picture ID and ringtone for the 5 people I call the most often and it worked perfect, now after using the sync software it uses the blank screen and default ringtone for everyone! I've tried manully redoing my settings and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, its driving me crazy!

Did you transfer or export the phone list to your phone? You have to use Export.
