My startmenu frezes at the 3 logo on startup. Therefore I need help.

Any key combination for this:

1. Getting past the startmenu into the Apps menu.

2. Start USB connection so that I can get into the phone via my PC.

3. Does a format reset the settings back to normal, like on the SE P800? If so, how to start the format with Key combination.

Any help greatly appreciated

PS. I have all the SW for updating the FW but need the english Flashfiles and an instruction on how to do it.

I also have the 30.80.15 and the 21.58.01 flashfiles from www.gerolix.at but I'm not sure they are in english.

If I am not mistaken the A925 software is buggy. That is the reason why you had those problems.

yeah the A925 may have but the A920 doesn't have any problems. Its 3's software that is the buggy part

Do you have the english SW?

Is it working?

Yes I have the English software loaded into my phone.
I have called 3 many times in regard to the buggy software on 3.
They told me to send the phone back to them for a free reflash.
I have sent many times and one thing remain- ocassionally there will be a screeching noise when I dial out. 3 can't deal with this problem at all. It will be a waste of time to inform them over and over again.

I had this too. I took it back to Three and they gave me a replacement which didn't had this bug fixed, even though the system is the same. Maybe early batches of A925's have this bug.

It's an annoying phone after all, especially if you're used to a P800 or P900.

I am pretty upset at Three. My wife's A925 drops calls all the time too.

Sigh - I should have known better
