Types Of Ringers for LG VX 6000

what all kind of ringers can the vx 6000 accept? i know it can use midi's, and mp3's but what else?
i've heard it could use polyphonic and a few others but i dont know what those are at all...
and can somebody make a list and put it in order of the most realistic ringers that the phone can use?
