Siemens S40 AT codes for internal address book?

OK, I've lurked and done searches and reviewed hundreds of pages of docs, but still can't seem to find the AT codes which will dump (read) and load (write) the internal address book from/to my S40. I've called Siemens, gotten ETSI and other stds, gotten some great shareware for my my Mac OSX machine, searched here, gotten my phone to talk through IrDA and other pieces of the puzzle -- but still can not dump or write the _internal_ address book.

My phone has gotten its main index messed up, and I need to reset it with *#337#, but first I need to dump the address book and know how to reload it. I can do everything else (save/load plain numbers, do
IrDA comm, etc.) but can't get to the internal addr book.

Can someone please tell me the two AT commands I need for dumping and reloading the internal address book?

Siemens TS in US has been (sympathetic but) only slightly helpful. Many thanks in advance for any info!
