connecting pc to internet through GPRS

i've downloaded Data Connection Assistant for gd88. i am trying to connect my pc through gprs (because its free to me). i can stablish a connection but it does not transfer data. windows shows the network icon, and it blinks sometimes. The screen of my gd88 shows amount of data that heve been received (in kb/s), and it increases after entering many URLs. but i cant open any website (or anything else) through pc-gprs.
please help!
