e715 time format

My e715 is set in 12 hour time format, but it shows 24 hour format for incoming/outgoing calls (example: carmen electra calls at 1:30, incoming call shown at 13:30). I know you must set world time before you set the time format but this is still a problem. Can anyone help? Thanks.
