I am seeking assistance in programming a TX 310. I need to find a way to change the banner from Rogers AT&T to something else. I used to know how to do it, and then I forgot. Anyone out there who can help me?

Do you want to change the alpha tag? (what is displayed when the phone is on the home system) or do you wish to change the power on logo that is display?

Its the Alpha Tag on the 310's that I'm looking at changing. I know the start up screen is in the menu's, but the alpha tag is what I'm looking for.

I had everything written down somewhere once, and I lost my papers. *DOH!*

Any help is appreciated.

If you change your banner via the #program# you screw over your phone royal and Rogers won't flash your phone back (learn from my experience, it just isn't worth it)

Stealth, what are you talking about? Changing the alpha tag via the #PR0GRAM# method does not "screw the phone royal". I've changed my old tx-210 promax and my newer tx-310 allure, as well as three other friends' 210/310's, with absolutely no problems whatsoever. What was your experience?
