I am new to the forum and have some questions about my MPX200:

(1) My caller ID does not recognize who is calling sometimes even if the number is listed in my address book...Any reason this may be...

(2) Is anyone using PocketMac to sync your MOTO with your mac. If so, each time I sync and remove my USB the computer locks up and requires re-booting...Anyone else experiencing this?

1: can you give us a little detail? (i.e. an example of your phonebook entry, and what it shows on the external LCD)

Does your phone book have more than 150 entries? If so the MPx stalls out and cannot deal with the caller ID.

It's a known bug.

Many other MPx200's have the same problem. Try changing the firmware and that'll probably fix the problem. Do you have the AT&T firmware?

The phone book entry under contact shows up like anything else.

As for the firmware, I am actually running the phone with T-Mobile. I have the At&t software but I am hesitant to use it due to Tmobile service.
