I'm currently using a Motorola P280 and I've had it for about 2 years or so. I'd like something a bit smaller and I'm leaning towards getting the SL56 as it seems to have pretty good performance and would make a great pocket phone. Anyways, I'm currently with T Mobile and since I have had my phone so long I can upgrade to one of the newer phones that they support and pay only what a new customer would = rebates and a cheap new phone. Has anybody here heard if T Mobile is going to start offering this phone? If not, could anybody recommend which phone I should "upgrade to" and then turn around and sell to put some cash towards a SL56? Lastly, does anybody know how the P280 compares to the SL56 aside from size alone?

upgrade to a Samsung E715 & I will trade you for my Siemens SL55.

It is the same as the SL56 but the SL55 is a tri-band instead of a dual band.
