"Do not answer" option on 8100?

i received a call today and perssed menu/ok and an option that said "do not answer" was there and when i selected it it sent the caller straight to the voice mail. on my other 8100 i never saw this option before and i cannot get it again. does anyone know how to access this option?

sounds like SCREEN CALL under Voice Services; just turn it auto on and if they leave a message you can hear it from the speaker at the back.

no it wasnt screen call because i had just got this phone yesterday and did not set that up yet, it wetn straight to the voice mail

some sanyo phones give you that option when you are in the web browser.

I don't know if this is what you are talking about but on my 4900 when it rings once I can hit end one time and it sends the caller straight to voice mail. The phone may still ring a couple times but I don't hear it. Rose
