Sagem my x-6 USB cable

Hi, I currently purchased the Konnect pack of software and a USB cable for the Sagem My x-6 phone.
It promised me to be able to transfer pics and ringtones over to my phone but the only thing I have got to work is the address book.
When I open the Handset Manger software it asks me to press 'start' on the phone , i cant seem to find and 'start' at all!
Also the installation driver calls the USB lead a Motorola **** cable, but it is the correct one because it fits into the end of the phone.
As I say, some features are working but the main ones I wanted to use are not.
Can anybody help me with this? I hope so.
