Removing T226 plates

Ok so, long story short I need to take apart my phone. I get as far as taking off the battery cover (duh). Anyone know how to remove the rest? (afraid to break something)

It's pretty Simple, one you take battery covery off, take
batttery off, then unscrew 4 T-8 Torx screws, then slide top
cover off buy pushing up, and it will just slide out, you may
need a small screw driver to unhook.
