I just got a Inno 90 from china and i think service provider is chabridge telecom. now i don't think my phone is locked since everyone in this forums is saying it's not locked but i am having trouble using this phone.
It's asking me for a puk number so i inserted puk number cingular gave it to me but it's telling me pin is blocked. I have inserted correct pin number but still it won't work....
anybody have a solution to my problem?

After you've put in the PUK number, the phone will ask you for your SIM's PIN number, and if it shows PIN blocked, sounds like you've tried inputting a wrong PUK number too many times and completely locked your SIM card. You'll have to contact Cingular for that, if this is the case, you will have to replace your SIM.

thx for your info
but when i insert my sim card into s307 it's works without any problem. if my sim card is completely blocked my s307 should not work too am i correct?

and somehow right now when i turn on my inno 90 it's asking me for a pin number instead of puk number. so i inserted correct pin number when it's telling me invalid pin number.....i am getting tired of this phone already...

umm, the phone would block your sim, not your sim blocked from network.

okay i'll try with my sisters sim card one more time and without any mistake

when it's asking you for the PIN, does it have a little icon on the screen with a lock/sim card or lock/phone on it? If it has the lock/phone icon on the screen, it's asking for the phone's PIN number, you might have turned the phone lock on.

I am not sure if your phone is locked since it's from Chabridge, I doubt it because all the Inno's in Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, U.S. aren't locked.

By the way, the phone does have a feature to lock the SIM card to prevent usage of other SIM.

Did you get this phone new and brought it back from China?
