Switching plans

is bell allowed to switch your plan without notifying you because that is what happened. they said that their plan i was under is no longer available so they switched it to the plan i am on now

it doesn't seem right, I have been on a plan for yrs after it was gone.. and my parents have been on their plan for atleast 4 yrs, they still use the motorola microtac cell phon ethat bell gave htem free w/o contract.. LoL..

What is the name of the plan you were on before.

What is the name of the plan you were switched to. You problably benefited from the switch.

Besides, bill inserts will warn you of the pending change. You may even sometimes get a letter warning about a change and what options you have to change the plan. If you fail or read these notices then no one but yourself is responsible for that negligence.
