Question on i730

I have an i730 and I am new to the downloading this.. I just received some software and the date cable.... I am following the directions on the forum... right now I am at the rss part. I have downloaded the usb drives, clicked on usb port on options.... and I cant get the RSS to communicate with my phone. What am I doint wrong. Everything is connected properly. I have tried both USB ports. It also says...."if you phone is date capablethen try setting the baudrate to 19200 or Auto in the Programming menu on the phone..... I have no idea how to get to the programming menu in my phone, I have looked everywhere... PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
