Hi there,

I just upgraded to the GX30 and have bought a USB IrDA Adapter - ( www.usbtech.co.uk - only £11.00 + vat/delivery)

I can connect to the phone using Handset Manager - (supplied with the mobile) but it will not let me upload an MP3 to the handset - saying it has to be 100k or under.

Please could you advise me on how to upload MP3's to the phone using the IrDA Adapter?

If i cannot then please advise on how to upload MP3's without loggin onto Vodafone Live.

im pretty sure it doesnt work through idra, infact im certain, i use a mmc/sd reader/writer, £8 and its brilliant, very quick transfer speed, in conparison to idra it is aswell! and you can transfer all files although games dont work as the fone stores these in a separate memory which is not accessable by the card. if you wish to transfer your mp3s buy one of those gizmos. i got mine from www.thecomputershop.co.uk
