Inno 90 Problem "help"

I bought an inno90 three weeks ago. My phone was working fine until tonight. My phone suddenly shut down while i was talking to my friend on the phone. From that point on, I can't get my phone back on. Whenever I press and hold the "on" key, the innostream animation clip starts to play without sound and the phone shut down again at the end of the clip. Please give me some advices.

Either your battery is dead or your phone is gone. Since you just got it, try to contact the seller.
