SE P900 syncronisation problem!

Hiya guys, I wonder if anyone on here can help. The Guys @ Sony Ericsson were stumped.
Whats up is that ive recently upgraded from a p800 to a p900 and ive got a problem when I try to connect to my PC, the system connect software says connected yet I cannot access my p900. Where it say "my p900" on the desktop, the phone remains disconnected.
Any ideas?

Also is it possbile to link a p800 via a blutooth dongle?
