Howdy,
So according to the manual for the S46 you can download ringtones and pictures to the s46, but the Siemens site doesn't have a link for downloads for the US, and the ATT wireless site doesn't list the s46 as being able to download tone or images. Anyone know of where I can get them??

If you have a data cable or can us IRDA, go to http://www.club-siemens.com/ and you will find logos, screensavers and ringtones for your S46.

If AT&T allow OTA download (OverTheAir), you can download by using wap, eg from wap.club-siemens.com

All logos etc for free of course.
