V300 Flex/Flash...

I bought the USB Cable, downloaded and installed Mobile Phone Tools 1.23 & 2.16 update, the V600 Flex, and the Motorola PST program (having problems with the Motorola Communications Interface). I am totally lost now on how to actually flash the phone!!!!!?????
I haven't found any straight forward instructions anywhere, and everytime I think I've made some progress I encounter another hurdle!
Please help me
