will T730 housing fit my T720g

That housing will only fit CDMA versions of the T7XX series. There is a different amount of screws in the back (CDMA: 3 vs. GSM: 4), and the headphone jack (CDMA: on top vs. GSM: on side).
If you have the CDMA version, then it will fit. If not, you can check out daydeal.com for GSM full housings. If you want the T730 look, check out some of the other products daydeal has to offer, I'm pretty sure that they make T730 style faceplates for the other T7XX series phones.
