Internal Antenna Booster, Anti-Radiotion Stickers - Do they work?

I bought some accessories for my Slider from eBay, and an internal antenna booster came with it. I put it in, and it didn't make any difference. I mean, I didn't notice an additional signal strength bar appear. I had zero signal strenth bars in my home, and still have none with the antenna booster sticker. Does anyone know if the antenna booster is one big scam? Did it actually work for anybody?

Also the anti-radiation stickers came with an order from eBay. I think that the original Slider faceplate already has anti-radiation sticker installed. If you take the original faceplate off, and turn it over, you will see a little net, over the earpiece. The replacement faceplate that I got later has no anti-radiation net. However, there are two anti-radiation stickers in the package from eBay. Does anybody know where the small, round one goes? Also, how to those stickers work anyways. I mean, radiation goes off into all sides equally. Even if you stop, or minimize it from escaping through the earpiece holes, it will still go out through everywhere else. Are anti-radiation stickers also a big scam?

Neither work anywhere close to the degree that they advertise. That's why everyone gives them as freebies with orders.
