Sanyo 8100 - Desktop charger

I have been looking at a few of the auctions on ebay for the non-oem desktop chargers - anyone tried these - is it worth the risk?
Is ebay the best place to buy accessories or are some of the advertisers at howard forums pretty decent.
Things I have been looking at are:
Car Charger
Desktop Charger
Body Glove Suba case
