having a prop logging into express net

a friend of mine is trying to log in to express network and everytime it says login or password is invalid on the domain. now neither he nor i actually are signed up with express but i can log on no prob and so can another buddy of mine who doesn't have it either. i set up his comp and phone the same as mine and cant figgure out where the diff is. any one have any ideas?
