Inno90 problems, please help!

A few weeks ago I bought an Inno90. I was in the process of switching network providers, so for about a week I used a T-Mobile SIM card. Then I started using my new Cingular SIM card and all the sudden my caller ID doesn't work.

It still says "T-Mobile" on the LCD when I turn the phone on.
I went into "Phone Settings" and selected "Cingular" from "Connection Profile" but nothing changed.

I went into "Network Service" and tried to manually activate Caller Identity but it says "Unexpected Data"

I then went into "Network Selection" and although Cingular is listed under their Preferred List, when I go to Manual Selection I only get T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless as options.

I'm fairly certain that the caller ID and call waiting doesn't work because it thinks I'm using TMobile. But I don't know how to change it. Please help!
